Crumb & Co. originally came to ZTACK looking for a professional website to promote their growing bakery business. But after understanding their ambitions to move products onto retail shelves, it became clear they needed much more than an online presence.
Wholesale brought new challenges — nutritional information, allergens, ingredient costs, stock, batch records, supplier lots, traceability and compliant product labels. Instead of adding another separate monthly software subscription, ZTACK built those operations directly into the private backend of the Crumb & Co. website.

Case study 02 · Impasto Serio
Impasto Serio: a pizza drop built around a limit. That limit became its strength.
Impasto Serio makes a set number of pizzas for each weekend drop. ZTACK built an ordering app that lets the owner set that number for the night, take orders against it and close the drop automatically when it sells out.
Full control for the owner. A clear reason for customers to order early.
The owner decides what is on the menu and how many pizzas can be made: 20 one night, 25 the next, or another quantity that fits the team. Customers see the live drop and place their orders while those pizzas are available.
Each accepted order reduces the remaining quantity. When it reaches zero, ordering closes. There is no need to count messages by hand or worry about taking more orders than the kitchen can fulfil.
